Home > Recipes > Desserts > Carrot Pie Ingredients 1 cup dates 2 ½ tbs cornstarch ¾ tsp salt 3 tbs soy flour 1 tsp vanilla 3 tbs oil 1¾ cup cooked carrots, pumpkin or squash 1 ½ cup soy milk Instructions Soften dates in a little water. Whiz all ingredients in a blender or processor. Pour into a pie plate lined with a crust. Bake at 350 for 35 min, until set. Top with whipped topping.
