Spoon into a 9X9 dish, cover with foil and bake at 350 for 35 min. Remove from oven and discard foil. To make the sauce, mix all except the vanilla in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in vanilla and pour over pudding before serving.
