Oat Waffles

Ingredients
  • 2 cups regular rolled oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbs wheat germ
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp coriander
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbs shredded coconut
 
Instructions
  1. Blend all in blender for 30 seconds.
  2. Cook in waffle iron for 10 sec.
  3. Top with peanut butter and blended fruit, apple sauce and/or a little maple syrup.
