Home > Recipes > Breakfast > Ranch granola Ingredients 8 c rolled oats 1 c wheat bran ½ c chopped almonds 2 tbs cinnamon ½ c apple juice 1 tsp ea gr ginger and cardamom ⅓ c fresh orange juice ⅓ c fresh lemon juice ¼ c canola oil ¼ c honey 1 ½ tsp grated orange rind 1 tbs lemon rind 1 tbs vanilla 1 c raisins or chopped dates Instructions In lg bowl, combine oats, bran, almonds, cinnamon, ginger and cardamom; set aside. Heat juices, oil, honey and rinds until blended and warm. Stir in vanilla. Pour over dry and mix well. Bake in 300 oven for 35 min or until golden , stirring every 5 min. Let cook; stir in raisins.
