Scrambled tofu

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Tofu, drained and mashed
  • ½ salt
  • 1 small onion chopped fine
  • 2 buds of garlic, grated or to taste
  • ¼ cup green and red pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 tbsp.fresh parsley, chopped or less of dried
  • 3 green onions, sliced fine
 
Instructions
  1. Oil pan and add turmeric
  2. Sauté all ingredients except Tofu.
  3. Add tofu last
  4. Mix and cook 5 minutes on low heat.
